Whatcom Water Week 2023

Whatcom Water Week is an annual community event that celebrates the water resources of Whatcom County.  Water Week offers many different family-friendly events throughout the county with opportunities to have fun, learn, and make a difference. 

Are you interested in hosting an event that celebrates our streams, lakes, and marine waters?  Would you like to be a part of Water Week?

Whatcom Water Week is coming up!  Water Week will take place this year from September 9th-17th and we would love to include your great event in this fun and celebratory county-wide festival!  Water Week will kick off with the Run with the Chums Fun Run on Saturday, September 9: https://www.whatcomcd.org/run-with-the-chums 

The Water Week Work group will begin promoting Water Week on August 1st and we won't stop until it's over. We'll be advertising in print media, social media, on reader boards, and more!

You can host a talk, a film, a tasting, a tour, a walk, a craft, or some other event you feel passionate about - there's plenty of room for your creativity!
